    Requirements

    • DRT SME tasking, troubleshooting, and testing.
    • Must be experienced with all facets of setting up and using DRTs
    • Provides oversight and management for the collection support missions against one (1) (or more) of the major theaters.
    • Provides information for the Government use in developing, defining and documenting operational, maintenance and logistical concepts leading to the development of prototypes, proofs of concepts, modeling and simulations, system requirements, Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
    • Operates, demonstrates and trains current or prototype intelligence systems under test or in use in field or garrison locations.
    • Provides direct management support to units that include each of the military services.
    • Contributes to technical studies, analyses and evaluations of technical mission needs; and makes recommendations to support decision-makers.
    • Conducts technical studies, analyses and evaluations to improve organizational knowledge of doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) status and gaps.
    • Must have an in-depth understanding of the US SIGINT System, the SIGINT Export Issues and SIGINT Systems ground and processing facilities.
    • Must be capable of maintaining an extensive interaction/working relationship among various representatives of the Intelligence Community (e.g., military services, second and third party customers and vendors).
    • Performs Mission Management activities
    • Develops collection-tasking strategies
    • Assists customers during upgrades/installation of new systems and addition of new capabilities
    • Participates in discussions with TOPIs and customers to promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments
    • Responds to collection requirements received from the Collection Strategies and Requirements Center Supports the review of collection priorities submitted by the Analysis and Production Organization

    Additional Requirements / Qualifications

    The TA Level 2 shall perform all of the indicated tasks of a TA Level 1 plus the following tasks:

    • Performs all Mission Management duties
    • Provides technical assistance necessary to meet collection-tasking strategies
    • Assists customers during upgrades/installation of new systems and addition of new capabilities
    • Conducts discussions between various TOPIs and other customers ensuring accurate collection assessments are received/shared
    • Responds to collection requirements received from the Collection Strategies and Requirements Center Participates in the review and validation of collection priorities submitted by Analysis and Production
    • Supports technical development of junior personnel in the area of SIGINT analytical tradecraft
    • Provides technical direction and technical support for the development of training Level 2

     

    Qualifications: Candidates shall have any combination of fourteen (14) years of military and/or government professional experience supporting a cryptologic mission. Professional experience may include mission support as a military or government language or signals analyst as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing and reporting on electromagnetic emission

     

    Clearance: Must have a current TS\SCI with Polygraph Clearance
