Requirements

Develop and maintain Linux-based SDR system framework and related development tools in a variety of languages and frameworks.

- Experience with REDHAWK SDR Framework

- Experience with Python, C++ required (optionally Java/JavaScript)

- Experience with Google Protocol Buffers

- Experience with RPC Mechanisms (Redis, GRPC, etc.) and Client/Server models

- Experience with BASH, CentOS6 and 7, AutoTools build environment, and RPM packaging

- Comfortable with Git and GitLab CI

 

Clearance:

Must currenlty hold a TS\SCI with Polygraph Clearance

Additional Requirements / Qualifications

Designs, develops, and analyzes complicated and difficult software programs for computer based systems. Applies software engineering methods and techniques to signal processing applications; evaluates and assesses the benefits of implementing functionality across a variety of platforms, including general purpose processors, digital signal processors, FPGA devices or custom processing solutions. As required, provides inputs tor documentation of new or existing programs.

 

  • C++ development experience
  • XML/XSD experience
  • Linux/Unix experience
  • Scripting language experience such as Python or Perl
  • Multi-threaded software development experience
  • Direct experience using CM tools such as Subversion/Trac or Git
  • Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and/or protocol processing in software
  • Direct experience in the development of collection systems and/or related components within the IC
  • Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles
  • Direct development experience with SOA/middleware technologies such as ICE, CORBA, ESB, SOAP
  • Direct development experience with Inter-process communication (IPC) mechanisms
  • Working knowledge of processing frameworks such as XMidas , SCA, GNURadio, etc
  • Working knowledge of commercial wireless standards
  • Working knowledge of geolocation techniques such as TDOA, FDOA, etc. and services
