Provide logistics and property management/shipping support for a high profile mission organization. Responsibilities include:


  • Furnish logistics, material coordination support, and engineering technical support
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving for CONUS and OCONUS shipments
  • Monitor and control all materials via DoD Property Inventory Management processes
  • Provide delivery/transport of materials/parts to appropriate customer as required
  • Track organizational assets, including desktop and plant property
  • Support Agency annual and semi-annual inventories and other property inventory efforts
  • Ensure organizational equipment is properly tagged and recorded in the appropriate Agency property management system(s)
  • Coordinate excess of equipment when appropriate
  • Support facility/equipment drawing updates (using Visio)
  • Provide general facility support (e.g., power/space/cooling requests, FixIt tickets)
  • Local travel is anticipated in the performance of this task.



The following special technical skills are also REQUIRED:

General understanding of and practical experience in DoD or Agency property management procedures


The following special technical skills are also PREFERRED but not required:

 One or more years of experience with relevant Agency tools (DPAS, ASSET TRACKER, FACTS-AM)



Additional Requirements / Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years experience providing acquisition logistics support, of which a desired five (5) years within the Intelligence Community
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in any technical field. An additional two (2) of additional technical experience may be substituted for an Associate's Degree
  • Must currenlty hold a TS\SCI with Full Scope clearance
