Requirements

  • Provide Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) engineering support and technical assistance with SIGINT disciplines of access, collection, analysis, diagnosis, and exploitation.
  • To provide unique network/computer protocol discovery engineering support and technical assistance.
  • Provide SIGINT engineering support in the areas of access, collection, analysis/diagnosis, and exploitation
  • Demonstrated significant competencies and achievements in access, collection, analysis/diagnosis, and exploitation
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in signals intelligence activity, of which three (3) years within the Intelligence Community including one (1) year of providing technical SIGINT support
  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in any technical field
  • Working knowledge of the latest developments in SIGINT collection and processing, computer protocols, discovery techniques, and communications technologies.
  • Experience with discovering new protocols and utilizing current tools and capabilities, to subsequently resolve those protocols. Experience in conducting open source research on new communications protocols and cyber activity

Additional Requirements / Qualifications

  • Must currenlty hold a TS\SCI with Polygraph Clearance
  • Five (5) years experience in signals intelligence activity, of which a desired three (3) years within the Intelligence Community including one (1) year of providing technical SIGINT support to NSA projects
  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in any technical field. An additional two (2) years of additional technical or programmatic industry experience may be substituted for an Associate's Degree
