Develops signal processing algorithms for radio array applications.  Experience with Physical layers across IEEE/3GPP/3GPP2 wireless protocols, MIMO equalization applications including a core understanding of the underlying statistical theory, Multirate signal processing applications including polyphase resamplers and channelizers. C/C++/Python software development. Experience with High speed UDP/IP network programming in Linux environments, Parallelized, multithreaded applications, BLAS/Lapacke/FFTW numerical libraries

  • Relevant Experience and Skills (BSEE, BSCE, BSCS and 4-9 years or 7-11 years with no degree)
  • Must currently hold a TS\SCI with Polygraph Clearance
  • Direct experience in the development of collection systems and/or related components within the IC
  • C++ development experience
  • XML/XSD experience
  • Linux/Unix experience
  • Scripting language experience such as Python or Perl
  • Multi~threaded software development experience
  • Direct experience using CM tools such as Subversion/Trac or Git
  • Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and/or protocol processing in software
  • Direct development experience with Inter-process communication (IPC) mechanisms
  • Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture principles
  • Direct development experience with SOA/middleware technologies such as ICE, CORBA, ESB, SOAP
  • Direct experience with processing frameworks such as XMidas, SCA, GNURadio, etc.
  • Working knowledge of commercial wireless standards
  • Working knowledge of geolocation techniques such as TDOA, FDOA, etc. and geolocation services
