    Requirements

    Splunk Architect / Consultant – cleared TS/SCI with poly preferred

    We’re looking for certified Splunk engineers to get in on the ground floor of our Splunk Professional Services team developing solutions for customers to translate machine data into operational intelligence.

    As a Splunk Professional Services consultant you will have an exciting opportunity to:

    • Support a diverse customer base; DoD, Federal and Commercial
    • Learn new systems, techniques, and Splunk tools and apps
    • Access to Splunk engineering and product training to be a SME
    • Participate in a thriving support community of Splunk professionals

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and administer INNOPLEX’s internal Splunk development environment
    • Work with internal engineers and customers to build engaging demos
    • Build a network of potential customers and drive new strategically targeted solutions
    • Help train internal IT Engineers in Splunk
    • Work with marketing associate to develop and post and web content to highlight Splunk capabilities in the areas of IT and Security Operations

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
    • Certified Splunk Architect or Engineer highly preferred
    • Certified DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 highly preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with the design, configuration, and support of Splunk 6.x
    • Demonstrated technical expertise with the following:
      • Splunk
      • Linux Operating Systems
      • SQL and/or Oracle Databases
      • SIEM Content Development
      • Languages: Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Perl, etc.
      • Technical writing experience:
        • Installation/Deployment Procedures
        • Document Requirements
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Experience with interpreting requirements and implementing use cases
    • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
    • Experience developing enterprise strategic implementation of Splunk deployments
    • Implementation/support of Splunk experience highly preferred
